We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Support the sales team by analyzing customer data and providing insights for account management. Help create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters. Collaborate with team members to develop promotional materials and presentations. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with client communications. Run digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.) to generate qualified leads; follow up with leads and convert them into customers Brand Ambassador: Represent STEMA at outreach events and meetings when needed; organize regular open house events Build partnerships with schools, community centres, and related businesses

Skills

Experience in marketing, social media, and content creation Strong interest in sales, particularly in technical sales and technology sales. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Willingness to travel to locations around Greater Vancouver as needed Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and digital ad platforms

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
