A strategic thinker with strong sales and marketing experience Confident writer and storyteller across web, email, and social media Skilled at building campaigns and calendars that drive measurable results Adept with websites, CRM, and basic analytics Passionate about mentorship, community building, and education Comfortable presenting ideas and leading projects Experience in beauty, wellness, education, or personal development is an asset

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollment, service sales, and brand reach Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms Lead campaigns, retail promotions, and in-person events Collaborate with the founder on growth initiatives and special projects Mentor student leaders and contribute to an energized, collaborative culture

Pay: $46,893.54-$65,000.00 per year
