Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with between 2- and 5-years' experience to join our high-volume Client Success team.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Success & Delivery Excellence teams to support, execute, and optimize sales & marketing activities that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the marketing environment of the professional services and software sectors, with experience in the nonprofit sector being a strong asset. This role requires a balance of administrative planning and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone with a generalist marketing background who thrives in an adaptive work environment. Experience working with AI products will be a considerable asset.

  • You hold a certification/qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or Administration

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties and tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
RFPs & Proposals
  • Assist with RFP responses and proposal preparation, including writing, formatting, and proofing content
  • Maintain and improve base templates in Word and PowerPoint to ensure brand consistency
Marketing
  • Support website updates, including graphics, copy creation and edits
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and social media posts
  • Contribute to case study development for newly completed projects
Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint content, including internal and client portals
  • Manage MSAs, SSLAs, and Workorders - coordinating sign-backs through Adobe Sign
From time to time, other relevant duties will be assigned as required
Role Requirements
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing administration or coordination roles
  • Experience in full-cycle marketing and/or sales activities, including campaign execution and reporting
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience writing content for and updating websites and basic graphic tools (eg: WordPress, Canva)
  • Experience with email marketing and social media posts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desired Attributes
  • Familiarity with Sales CRM systems a bonus (e.g. Pipedrive or equivalent)
  • Certification, qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or Administration
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI productivity and enablement tools
