We are a Real Estate Investments and Development company seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Administrator

to steer our company's marketing initiatives and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative assistance, digital marketing, e-commerce, and product management, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company's market presence through strategic planning, data analysis, and creative execution.

Responsibilities



Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Assist in managing internal sales from development to launch Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns and utilize Google AdWords for targeted advertising. Manage our CRM database Utilize various software's and tools for creating engaging marketing materials. Lead email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and retain existing customers. Monitor analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Managing leads by phone / email and scheduling appointments Assist in real estate transaction paperwork and managing sales transaction process in database Assist in video content creation Administrative duties front and back office

Experience



Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within Real Estate Investments sector Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising platforms. Demonstrated ability in sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns. Experience with product management from conception through launch. Skilled in research methodologies to gather market intelligence. Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset focused on data-driven decision making. This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead impactful marketing initiatives that contribute directly to company growth and success through internal sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
