Medicine Hat Lodge, home to 219 guest rooms, a bustling casino, restaurants, and our famous indoor waterpark, is looking for a Creative Marketing & Admin Coordinator to bring creativity and energy to our team.


This is not your average desk job. One moment you'll be designing eye-catching social posts, the next you'll be greeting guests or helping bring a big event to life. If you love variety, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:



Creative & Marketing Magic



Design everything from digital ads and brochures to menus and signage that tell our story. Brainstorm with managers to bring campaigns and promotions to life. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X) and scheduling/analytics tools, you know how to create content that connects and engages Manage website updates, email campaigns, and scheduling tools. Juggle multiple creative projects while hitting deadlines.

Behind-the-Scenes Organization



Be the friendly first face in our admin office, directing guests and assisting team members. Keep the office welcoming. Answer emails and calls, making sure inquiries never go unanswered. Assist with ticket sales, gift card sales, and donation requests. Support managers with printing, supplies, and other admin needs. Pitch in at hotel events and banquets to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You Bring:



A strong eye for design and proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Creativity paired with organizational skills. You can dream big and deliver on time. A friendly, approachable personality and a professional presence. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into both creative and admin tasks.

Work Hours & Expectations



40 hours per week

with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed (capturing content, supporting live events, and assisting at banquets).

Business attire and professional grooming, as you'll often be the first point of contact for guests and partners.
