Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage your own team of sales representatives within your territory
Oversee territory operations as an independent business owner
Drive door-to-door sales activities and ensure team success
Develop and implement localized sales and marketing strategies
Track performance metrics and coach team members for success
Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships
Ensure compliance with company standards and ethical guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team
Minimum 2 years of door-to-door sales experience
Must operate under your own
registered marketing corporation

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Telecom industry experience is a strong
