We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager ready to become a business owner in partnership with FSK LTD. As a partner, your mission is to recruit, train, and lead a top-performing sales team
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Promote open roles, conduct interviews, and onboard new representatives
Host daily meetings to share updates and ensure alignment with partner standards
Drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and maintaining high quality standards
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize results in your territory
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Deliver ongoing coaching and training to support team growth and development
Foster a solution-oriented, high-accountability culture
Expand your business by developing leaders and opening new offices
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales team management in door to door , preferably in telecommunications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and excellent organizational abilities.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English or bilingual.
