Superior Plumbing & Hydronics Inc. is expanding its HVAC division and looking for a performance-driven Sales & Revenue Manager to lead a growing team. This role combines leadership, strategy, and accountability, ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of HVAC and the psychology of sales.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach a team of sales staff and technicians to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
Manage pricing, quoting, and deal approvals to ensure profitable growth.
Oversee sales pipelines and performance metrics using the company CRM.
Work closely with operations, dispatch, and finance to ensure booked jobs are delivered accurately and profitably.
Personally close major or strategic opportunities and handle customer escalations.
Produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports for the Director of Business.
What You Bring
5+ years in HVAC or home services, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or revenue management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
Strong communication, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-based decision making.
Valid driver's license and comfort with on-site client visits.
Compensation & Schedule
$64,000 annual base salary, paid bi-weekly
2% commission based on KPI performance, to be discussed and finalized prior to contract signing

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth delivery and profitability.
Handle large or high-value client opportunities directly.
Provide consistent reporting and forecasting to the Director of Business.
What You Bring
Minimum 4 years in sales or business development, preferably in plumbing, water treatment, or home services.
At least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficient with CRM systems and data-driven reporting.
Valid driver's license and willingness to meet customers as needed.
