Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative/ Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. The Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets Maintain and grow relationships with key customers Understand client needs and propose tailored product solutions Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery Participate in inventory forecasting and provide demand insights for local stocking Monitor industry trends and competitor activities Prepare regular sales reports and meet performance targets Attend industry events and client site visits as needed

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred, ideally in metals, trading, or industrial B2B markets Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Ability to analyze sales trends and support inventory planning Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team Familiarity with warehouse coordination or supply chain operations is a plus

Key skills we look for in candidates:

Expertise in the Metal Industry, especially Aluminum Extrusion, sheet and coil Experience in Metal Wholesale Operations Proficiency in Overseas Warehouse Communication Solid understanding of International Business Logistics Familiarity with Import and Export Procedures

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
