Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, West
Location: Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton
Position Summary
Regional Sales Manager position responsible for managing sales activities within assigned district and/or region. Activities include but are not limited to organizing, developing, and leading a team of field professionals to achieve sales objectives.
Essential Functions
This role is responsible for the leadership of a designated group of Business Partners in a region and the associated demand generation of the portfolio of Galderma Aesthetic products.
This position will work closely with the sales and marketing leadership to identify and develop Galderma Aesthetic growth opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction while meeting sales goals and managing the sales activities and development of sales representatives.
Deliver regional sales forecasts and deliver to plan. Identify opportunities and gaps and bring forward innovative solutions to support efficiencies and drive NNS.
Implement strategic business plans to meet regional, area and company goals.
Implement and uphold all company compliance policies and procedures for self and region.
Assume accountability and responsibility for own personal career growth and development.
Coach, council and develop representatives on direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
Attend national, regional conventions and trade shows, maintain and foster relationships with regional KOL's.
Evaluate the activities and effectiveness of sales representatives on a consistent basis and execute IDP and Performance management cycle and process as mandated.
Other duties as may be required.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of three years sales management and/or marketing experience required, and Aesthetic experience preferred.
Prior experience leading and coaching a team of career level professionals in a field-based environment
Strong financial acumen
Developed negotiating skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to influence & change customer behavior
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and develop market/business opportunities
Must be proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM)
Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license
