The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager, SaaS Solutions to drive Onyen's growth by owning the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and client engagement to closing deals. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and working closely with leadership to expand our market presence.
You'll report directly to the CEO and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospect qualification, demos, negotiations, and contract closure.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, sustainability leaders, and compliance officers.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that highlight Onyen's value proposition.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting.
Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
Represent Onyen at conferences, events, and industry forums to build brand awareness.
Collaborate with the leadership team on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling compliance, risk, or sustainability solutions (financial, banking or capital markets experience beneficial).
Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
