The Role
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Housing, the Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategy, pricing, and market execution while leading and developing a high-performing multi-family sales team. This role plays a key part in achieving volume, margin, and market-share objectives.
What You'll Do
Lead and execute market-responsive sales strategies aligned with financial and brand objectives
Drive sales performance across volume, margin, and absorption targets
Coach, develop, and lead the multi-family sales team
Partner with developers and internal stakeholders to support project success
Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, forecasting, and sales programs
Leverage market intelligence to inform pricing and competitive positioning
Align with marketing on promotions, media plans, and sales initiatives
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in multi-family new home sales management
Proven success leading teams and delivering sales results
Strong expertise in pricing strategy, budgeting, and market analysis
Experience using CRM systems and sales performance metrics
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
