We are currently looking for a relationship-focused Sales Manager to join our Swift Current team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead all client-facing activity at CKSW 570, CJSN 1490, Country 94, Magic 97, and Swift Current Online.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success. Review sales activity and identify opportunities for growth. Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets. Hire and train new Account Managers when needed. You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs. Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
