We are looking for a

Sales & Business Development Advertising Manager

to lead our advertising division, build client relationships, and grow a sales team over time. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience, strong business development skills, and the drive to succeed in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow TRB Vending's advertising revenue. Prospect, pitch, and secure new advertising clients across Winnipeg and Manitoba. Conduct outreach through email, phone, and in-person visits when needed. Create and manage digital ad campaigns for new clients on TRB Vending's platform. Build and mentor a sales team over time; provide leadership and performance support. Track and report on sales activity, performance, and market trends. Collaborate with the leadership team on partnerships and new opportunities.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or advertising (advertising sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Comfortable with outside sales calls to close new business. Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset. Access to a vehicle, cell phone, and reliable internet connection.
Compensation

Commission-based role to start.

Earn

25% commission

on all new client sales.

Leadership incentive pay

available when managing a sales team. Performance bonuses available. Opportunity to transition to

salary + commission

once a strong client portfolio is established.

Estimated total compensation for similar roles in Winnipeg ranges CAD $70,000 - $130,000/year,

depending on experience and performance.
