Corporate Sales Manager - Headwater Equipment

Corporate Sales Manager

to oversee our sales operations and help shape the future of our business.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of

7-8 sales representatives

. Drive major account sales, personally supporting key strategic clients. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff to support growth. Oversee inventory and demand cycle management. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategies for market share and profitability growth.

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience managing sales teams (construction/equipment experience an asset). Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Proven success in customer relationship management and major account sales. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Valid driver's license required.

Base Salary:

$85,000 plus

1% profit incentive

(target T4 earnings: $150,000-$200,000).

Vehicle:

Location:

Edmonton or Calgary, AB (with significant travel 50-60% across branches)

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
