We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performance direct sales team in a booming healthcare products industry.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes performance metrics, sales coaching, and CRM-driven pipeline management. You'll oversee a motivated team focused on inbound and outbound lead conversion -- similar to a modern, high-energy call centre -- and help take a premium, lifestyle-oriented product to a growing market.

What You'll Do



Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets. Build call scripts, run performance reviews, and set clear KPIs that drive measurable growth. Track team and individual performance through CRM dashboards, ensuring accountability and consistent improvement. Collaborate with marketing on lead flow, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members to maintain a high-performance culture. Identify trends, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to maximize results. Support customers through a consultative sales approach that balances empathy and urgency.

What We're Looking For



5+ years of experience leading a sales team -- ideally in a call-centre, DTC, or inside sales environment. Experience selling healthcare products is an asset but not a requirement. Proven ability to drive team performance using metrics, dashboards, and data insights. Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus). Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills. A competitive, high-energy approach -- someone who takes ownership and loves to win.
