As a
Sales Manager at Koch Ford
, you will be responsible for guiding our sales team to exceed goals while ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class buying experience. You will play a key role in coaching and developing staff, maintaining inventory control, and supporting the dealership's overall growth.

Requirements:
Proven track record in automotive sales management, preferably within a Ford or similar high-volume brand
5+ years in automotive sales leadership (Sales Manager/New/Used/Variable Ops) with a provable track record of hitting/exceeding targets on volume, gross, and CSI.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated sales team
Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, incentives, and sales programs
Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software
Professional, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
Well rounded knowledge of other makes and models to properly appraise vehicles
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Desk deals, structure financing/leases, and partner closely with F&I to maximize gross.
Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint
Support sales consultants in structuring deals and maximizing profitability
Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales performance
Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and develop new and existing sales staff
Keep up to date on product knowledge, OEM programs, and automotive market trends
Uphold compliance with all manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and provincial regulations
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
