Your Role: Orchestrate Sales Success

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and mentor sales teams for accountability and innovation. Manage the full pipeline from qualification to closure. Analyze trends and competitors to optimize go-to-market. Align with product and marketing on launches and messaging. Handle key accounts for enterprise health clients. Integrate AI for sales optimization and forecasting.
Use CRM tools, playbooks, and analytics for precise execution.

Who We're Seeking: Experienced Sales Leaders

5+ years in sales management, preferably B2B software or health tech. Track record of team-building and $1MM+ revenue achievement. Analytical expertise with CRM like Salesforce. Bachelor's degree preferred; high-growth experience accepted.
