We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to open new accounts and drive sales growth in

Quebec and English-speaking Canada

. As the first dedicated sales resource, you will structure our new department and propel business development under the leadership of the Vice President and General Manager, with support from the technical team. You will be responsible for expanding our lead pipeline, building strong relationships, and establishing the foundation for an agile, high-performing sales function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving Sales Growth



Your role will involve identifying, prospecting, and engaging key clients and partners through a structured, growth-oriented approach.

Target relevant market segments and develop effective outreach strategies for Quebec and English-speaking Canada. Qualify potential customers and build a scalable lead pipeline.

Structuring the Sales Department



Working with the VP and General Manager, you will establish a solid foundation for Mannanova's sales department by defining processes, tools, and key performance indicators.

Design and implement a sales cycle tailored to B2B realities in the food and beverage industry. Develop and deploy tracking tools (CRM, dashboards, performance reports) to ensure transparency and efficiency in sales operations. Document sales processes and drive continuous improvement.

Representing the Company at Key Events



You will serve as one of Mannanova's ambassadors at industry events, strengthening our on-the-ground presence.

Organize and attend trade shows, fairs, conferences, and other strategic events. Help create promotional and marketing materials aligned with the company's brand and values. Leverage field interactions to generate concrete sales opportunities.

Contributing to Growth Strategy (Minor Role)



Working closely with leadership, you will help shape the company's mid- and long-term commercial vision.

Explore and evaluate new potential markets, including South America, Asia and other strategic regions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Provide actionable recommendations for strategic development and business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:



Ability to travel regularly within Quebec and Canada (client meetings, trade shows, events) Exceptional bilingualism (English and French required) Relevant combination of business development or B2B sales experience, including 1-5 years in a similar role Structured, resourceful, and results-driven mindset Ability to work independently without micromanagement Passion for building, improving, and collaborating in a growth environment where we work together to ensure the healthy development of the organization while supporting our team Previous experience working with a CRM such as HubSpot or equivalent

Faire croitre les ventes



Votre role comprendra l'identification, la prospection et l'engagement de clients et partenaires cles, dans une approche structuree et orientee croissance.

Cibler des segments de marche pertinents et elaborer des strategies d'approche efficaces pour le Quebec et le Canada anglophone Qualifier les clients potentiels et developper une liste de prospects evolutive

Structurer le departement des ventes



Avec le Vice-President et Directeur general, vous serez responsable de batir les fondations solides du departement des ventes chez Mannanova, en definissant les processus, outils et indicateurs cles necessaires a son bon fonctionnement.

Concevoir et implanter un cycle de vente adapte aux realites du B2B dans le secteur agroalimentaire Developper et mettre en place des outils de suivi (CRM, tableaux de bord, rapports de performance) pour assurer la transparence et l'efficacite des activites commerciales Documenter les processus de vente et assurer leur amelioration continue

Representer l'organisation dans des evenements cles



Vous serez l'un des visages de Mannanova sur le terrain et dans les evenements de l'industrie, contribuant a accroitre la presence sur le terrain.

Organiser et participer a des salons commerciaux, foires, conferences et autres evenements strategiques Contribuer a elaborer le materiel promotionnel et marketing aligne avec l'image et les valeurs de l'entreprise Capitaliser sur les rencontres terrain pour generer des opportunites concretes de ventes

Collaborer a la strategie de croissance (minoritaire)



En lien etroit avec la direction, vous participerez activement a l'elaboration de la vision commerciale a moyen et long terme.

Explorer et evaluer de nouveaux marches potentiels, incluant l'Amerique du Sud, l'Asie et d'autres zones strategiques Realiser des analyses de marche et assurer une veille concurrentielle continue Formuler des recommandations concretes en matiere de developpement strategique et d'expansion commerciale

PROFIL RECHERCHE



Pouvoir se deplacer regulierement au Quebec et au Canada (rencontres clients, foires commerciales, evenements) Bilinguisme exceptionnel (anglais et francais obligatoire) Detenir une combinaison pertinente d'experience pertinente en developpement des affaires ou ventes B2B, dont 1 a 5 ans dans un poste similaire Esprit structure, debrouillard et oriente resultats Capacite a travailler dans un environnement autonome, sans micro-management Aimer batir, ameliorer et collaborer dans un contexte de croissance ou nous collaborons a assurer le sain developpement de l'organisation tout en prenant soin de l'equipe Avoir deja travaille avec un CRM tel que Hubspot ou equivalent
