Leasing Agent
to work within our Kitchener, Waterloo & Guelph buildings. This position is being filled as a replacement.
ABOUT THE ROLE
TerraCorp Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist clients, show available units, and provide exceptional service throughout the leasing process.
As a Leasing Agent you will:
Managing and maintaining occupancy levels by applying experienced closing techniques
Responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, leasing administrations, and assisting new residents through the move in process
Schedule, organize and lead tours
Promptly and professional address phone calls and emails
Qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates
Provide exceptional customer service and be able to sell the brand as well as highlight the benefits of amenities of the community
Responsible for maximizing follow up programs associated to new rental applications, and incoming service for new residents
Deliver high standards of understanding in terms of product knowledge, following leasing process and polices
Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as needed
Provide support in monthly audits to ensure leasing and operational success
Other duties as assigned

2-3 years prior retail sales or customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales-driven and goal-oriented attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to build relationships with customers
Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
