to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating the leasing process for residential properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both landlords and tenants.

This is a commission based position only
. Compensation is directly tied to your performance and the number of successful leases closed. There is no fixed salary.
Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants.
Manage the rental application process, including applicant screening and verification.
Maintain accurate and organized records of applications and lease agreements using Yardi or similar property management software.
Provide timely and professional responses to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with property management to ensure all listings are show ready and well maintained.
Negotiate and finalize lease agreements that meet the needs of both property owners and tenants.
Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support leasing operations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants to encourage renewals and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency
in Yardi or similar property management software (highly desirable).
Prior experience
in real estate, sales, or administrative roles is an asset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational skills
and attention to detail.
Proactive, self motivated, and goal oriented
