We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting property tours and showings for prospective tenants Responding promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Assisting applicants with the leasing process, including applications, screening, and lease signings Accurately maintaining records of leads, applications, and lease agreements Collaborating with the property management team to ensure units are market-ready and meet company standards Representing the company professionally and fostering positive tenant relations
