Position Summary:




As a Sales Leads Coordinator, you will deal with many different departments within the organization, with a focus on our great team of technicians and sales representatives. The Sales Lead Coordinator is critical to marketing and the continued growth of our business. Using CRM, Excel, and JDE you manage leads submitted by our technicians, our sales reps, and our front-line employees. You qualify the leads and follow them through the sales cycle to ascertain that all opportunities are actioned and the rewards are allocated when the lead is closed. In-depth research may be required to complete the job. You know that the success of this program lies with you. You like to be detailed, leaving nothing to chance.




The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys detailed work, research, and is analytical.




How You'll Make an Impact




You support a national lead generation program that stimulates sales opportunities and pushes solution conversations with customers which positively impacts customer care, business partnerships, and revenue/profits.




Monitor the Sales Leads in-box Use our CRM system to action leads Log Sales Leads into Excel and/or CRM and assign the lead when required Utilize our JDE system to "close leads" that were successful and invoiced Follow the "closing" procedures & enter the necessary information in Excel Follow up on lead statuses and provide updates to stakeholders Respond to inquiries from managers, technicians and sales reps Be the face of our Outreach Program to ensure technician satisfaction and improve participation Report on the results of the Outreach Program responses Identify and recommend opportunities to improve department efficiency and effectiveness Support the Sales Lead Supervisor to create reports when required

Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Great data entry skills with an eye for detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment CRM/JDE knowledge a plus High school and post-secondary education
