Your Role: Sales Receptionist -- Signal Hill, SW Calgary (Full-Time Only)

As a Sales Receptionist, you're not just working a front desk -- you're the heartbeat of our Retreat. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes Guests, the knowledgeable guide who helps them reach their wellness goals, and the driving force behind their journey to better health.

What You'll Do:

Sales Skills

: Use your communication savvy and massage education to uncover each Guest's wellness goals and match them with the perfect Membership plan.

Communication Skills

: Stay connected with Guests via phone, text, or in-person to ensure they're consistently booking treatments and staying on track with their massage goals.

Computer Skills

: Keep things running smoothly with accurate invoicing, organized profile notes, and seamless appointment scheduling.

Customer Service Excellence

: Be a superstar in handling requests and concerns with empathy, active listening, and confidence. Offer creative solutions and showcase your deep knowledge of Massage Heights services.
Schedule Requirements:

Evenings (until 9pm)

At least one weekend shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
