About the Role

As a

Sales & Financing Specialist

, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase:

Build relationships and understand each customer's needs Schedule and conduct test drives Present vehicle options clearly and confidently Complete financing applications and approvals Offer protection plans, add-ons, and extended warranties Ensure exceptional post-sale follow-up and satisfaction
Management is always available for support, but you'll take ownership of the full client experience.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings either:

Previous

professional experience

(sales, customer service, finance or banking),

or

A

college or university degree

Plus:

Excellent communication and listening skills Professional, trustworthy, and coachable attitude Fluent in

English and Spanish

OMVIC license preferred (we can train the right person) Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record

What We Offer

Salary + Commission:

Earn $70,000-$100,000 per year

Comprehensive training and ongoing support Great hours:

Monday-Friday (11:45 AM-6:30 PM) & Saturday (11:45 AM-4:00 PM)

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
