We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. As part of our dedicated sales force, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service and expertise to our motorcycle, offroad, marine, and snowmobile customers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and personalized assistance. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of various Powersports products, including motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, and other recreational vehicles. Assist customers in selecting the right Powersports vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different Powersports models. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and service packages. Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales. Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all vehicles are well-presented and ready for display. Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in Powersports technology to better serve customers. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery and preparation of sold vehicles. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and dealership activities. Uphold company policies and standards while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. Powersport experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
