WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?



Sales & Fan Services Representative





The Sales & Fan Experience Representative is responsible for contacting and selling world-class entertainment to past supporters of the National Bank Open. Reporting to the Manager, Ticketing this position will receive professional training and ongoing mentorship from our full-time sales executives. Join our sales team today and take a huge step toward building a career in sports as part of Tennis Canada and the National Bank Open presented by Rogers.



Contact past ticket buyers by telephone to renew/up-sell previous purchases Handle incoming sales calls in a positive and effective manner while recognizing new business, corporate and up-sell opportunities Service National Bank Open clientele/fans when needed Assist all sales departments including sponsorship, corporate and group sales Outbound activities to initiate relationships with net new and existing consumers to educate them on ticketing products & services available to them with the goal of closing sales Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service

WHO YOU ARE?



Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Natural aggressive approach and positive attitude Self-starter with a team-oriented focus Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work and excel under pressure, in a fast-paced and challenging environment Commitment to service excellence and fan satisfaction Sales experience (asset) Fluency in one or more languages other than English (asset)

WORKING CONDITIONS



Work term is from May 4 to August 14, 2026 Hybrid remote position reporting to Sobeys Stadium by York University Office hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with extended hours including weekend & evening shifts leading up to and during the National Bank Open presented by Rogers.
