We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and customer service expertise to effectively promote our products and services. Our core business is supply large retail chains in Canada and the United States. We are looking to develop additional channels for our products.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to identify and qualify potential leads.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to our offerings.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A background in marketing or business development is advantageous.
