The Opportunity



We're looking for an experienced

Sales Executive

to help build and grow our waste brokerage division.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling business that combines transportation, logistics, and environmental expertise under one roof.

You'll develop and manage new client relationships, identify waste and recycling opportunities, and coordinate with our network of haulers and disposal sites to create competitive, compliant solutions for industrial and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect and develop new business within manufacturing, food processing, construction, waste-to-energy, and municipal sectors. Prepare and present waste hauling, recycling, and disposal proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with both clients and disposal partners. Work closely with Aeolus logistics and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Track market pricing, disposal trends, and upcoming RFP/RFQs in the waste industry. Maintain relationships with landfill operators, transfer stations, and recycling facilities. Support compliance documentation (ECA, EASR, manifests, waste codes). Represent Aeolus Waste with professionalism, integrity, and client-first service.

What You Bring



3-7 years of experience in

waste management, environmental services, or industrial sales.

Proven ability to develop business in a B2B setting (manufacturing, recycling, logistics, or related). Knowledge of waste categories, disposal regulations, and transportation permitting. Strong negotiation, pricing, and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset -- you take ownership, build trust, and close deals. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ontario and Quebec.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
