Are you a persuasive, hungry salesperson who thrives on closing deals and making real money?

We're Affinity Integrated Facility Solutions--a fast-growing provider of janitorial and facility services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the GTA. Our reputation is built on reliability, responsiveness, and real results.

We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base of property managers, developers, landlords, and building owners.

Key Responsibilities:



Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, quoting, and closing Build and manage a pipeline of real estate operators and decision-makers Attend in-person meetings, walk buildings, and close service contracts with confidence Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff and long-term client satisfaction Bring ideas, hustle, and resilience--we'll back you

Ideal Candidate:



2-5 years in sales (B2B preferred, real estate services a plus) Highly persuasive, confident, and proactive communicator Comfortable with cold outreach--calls, emails, walk-ins Organized, accountable, and motivated by closing deals Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company

What We Offer:
