Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a

Sales Executive

for our

Edmonton office

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics sales, with proven experience in developing new customer relationships and securing cross-border shipments and loads.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, freight brokers, and customers Secure cross-border (Canada-USA) shipments and build a loyal customer base Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

in the transportation or logistics industry Strong understanding of cross-border freight, FTL/LTL, and customs documentation Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of freight lanes and industry pricing trends (an asset)
