Sales Executive | ShipNow Logistics

Full-Time | Salary + Commission

Reports to: Operations Manager

ShipNow Logistics is growing -- and we're looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about driving results, building strong relationships, and shaping the future of logistics in our region. About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts -- identifying, connecting with, and converting potential clients while ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention. You'll work closely with our dispatch and service teams to create seamless solutions that match client needs with our 3PL capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and/or dispatch within logistics, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and onboard new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking

Nurture leads and convert them into long-term customers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Customize logistics solutions that align with each client's goals

Maintain detailed client records and communications to ensure transparency and continuity

Act as the voice of the customer to help us continuously improve

What You Bring:

Previous sales experience of any kind -- if you can sell, we want to talk to you

Logistics, transportation, or dispatch experience is an asset, but not required

Strong understanding of the local market and customer landscape

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

A self-starter mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets

Confidence in using CRM tools, email, and documentation systems
