The Sales Executive - Store-to-Store is responsible for driving
field sales growth
by
visiting retail locations, engaging store managers/owners, presenting products, securing orders, and building strong commercial relationships
. This role focuses on
territory coverage, new account acquisition, and achieving sales targets
through proactive in-person selling and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
Visit assigned retail stores, outlets, and business locations regularly to present and sell company products or services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging store decision-makers and expanding distribution points.
Build and maintain relationships with store buyers/managers to influence product placement, promotions, and repeat orders.
Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and contracts with clients to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to secure orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Territory & Planning
Plan and manage daily field visit schedules to optimize coverage of all assigned stores.
Analyze sales performance data and market feedback to refine approach and territory strategy.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within territory and report insights to the sales manager.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, product orders, and field reports using CRM or other tracking tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports summarizing achievements against targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues.
Brand & Product Advocacy
Present product features and benefits clearly to customers and provide informed recommendations.
Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade events as required to support sales activities.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, retail sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales (1-3+ years preferred).
Familiarity with the Toronto retail landscape and working with store buyers/owners is an advantage.

Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and organize priorities.

Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation for field travel.

Pay: $360.00-$380.00 per week
