We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and have a passion for technology. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage customer interactions.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships. Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing sales deals successfully. Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to business development with a strong desire to succeed in achieving targets.
