We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or transportation and a passion for helping clients find the right logistics solutions to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as you will be engaging with a diverse clientele. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective telemarketing, inside sales strategies, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or logistics related fields is preferred.
Strong inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Familiarity with CRM and/or logistics software is desirable.
Ability to understand market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing value to clients.
