THE POSITION





Reporting to the Director of Ticket Sales, Scotia Place, the Sales Executive, Scotia Place will be responsible for generating Scotia Place ticket revenue.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES




Build strong relationships with current Calgary Flames Season Ticket Members to ensure a seamless transition to Scotia Place. Focus on appointment setting, in-person sales presentations, and closing sales. Lead and execute on-site presentations at the Scotia Place Experience Center, showcasing the future of fan experience. Consistently meet or exceed activity benchmarks including calls, appointment goals, closed sales, and revenue targets. Leverage CSEC's CRM to manage client accounts, track sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records of all activity. Develop, manage, and maintain proposals, contracts, and research materials in alignment with established sales processes. Surpass individual and departmental sales goals through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required by the nature of the project. Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies. All other duties as assigned.



THE INDIVIDUAL





The ideal individual will have the following background:


Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a client-facing role. Self-motivated with strong personal leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic sales environment. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage confidently with prospects, clients, and internal teams. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to offsite meetings and presentations.
