We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or no background as you will be taught in business development and technical sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for upselling.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or inside sales.
Strong technical knowledge of products and services offered.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Additional language as Punjabi, Urdu, Pashto , Farsi , Spanish would be helpful.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in telemarketing or technology sales is a plus.
No previous experience is NOT a problem aswell.
