We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive based in the Greater Montreal Area to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. In this role, you'll represent Telico professionally in person and remotely, conduct door-to-door and onsite sales visits, understand client needs, and demonstrate how our AI-powered communication systems can make a real difference.

Dans ce role, vous representerez Telico avec professionnalisme, en personne et a distance, en effectuant des visites de vente porte-a-porte et sur site, en comprenant les besoins des clients et en demontrant comment nos solutions de communication intelligentes peuvent transformer leur entreprise.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilites principales

Client Management & Retention / Gestion et fidelisation de la clientele

Build strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients across Quebec and OntarioEtablir des relations solides et durables avec les clients PME au Quebec et en Ontario Conduct regular check-ins (video or in-person) to ensure satisfaction, upsell services, and collect feedbackEffectuer des suivis reguliers (en video ou en personne) pour assurer la satisfaction, proposer des services additionnels et recueillir les commentaires Identify and address client pain points using Telico's AI-powered VoIP featuresIdentifier et resoudre les points de douleur des clients a l'aide des fonctionnalites VoIP intelligentes de Telico Collaborate with support and product teams to continuously improve customer experienceCollaborer avec les equipes de soutien et de produit pour ameliorer continuellement l'experience client
New Business Development / Developpement des affaires

Generate new leads through door-to-door visits, cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networkingGenerer de nouveaux prospects grace a des visites porte-a-porte, des appels a froid, des courriels, LinkedIn et du reseautage Schedule and host solution demos; support quoting and closing dealsPlanifier et animer des demonstrations; soutenir la preparation de soumissions et la conclusion de ventes Represent Telico professionally at networking events, trade shows, and onsite client meetings (expenses covered)Representer Telico de maniere professionnelle lors d'evenements, salons et rencontres clients sur place (depenses couvertes) Maintain an organized pipeline and activity tracking in our CRM (Pipedrive)Maintenir un pipeline de ventes organise et un suivi d'activites dans notre CRM (Pipedrive)
Partner Relations / Relations partenaires

Onboard and support Telico resellers and partners in the Montreal regionIntegrer et soutenir les revendeurs et partenaires Telico dans la region de Montreal Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and joint business opportunitiesCollaborer a des campagnes de co-marketing et a des opportunites d'affaires conjointes Monitor partner performance and provide updates to leadershipSuivre la performance des partenaires et fournir des mises a jour a la direction
Ideal Candidate / Profil recherche

Based in the Greater Montreal Area and willing to travel locally for client visits and door-to-door outreachBase(e) dans le Grand Montreal et dispose(e) a se deplacer localement pour des visites clients et des ventes porte-a-porte 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development2+ ans d'experience en ventes, gestion de comptes ou developpement des affaires Background in telecom, VoIP, SaaS, or IT services is a strong assetUne experience en telecom, VoIP, SaaS ou services TI est un atout important Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Pipedrive, and Zoom/MeetA l'aise avec des outils comme Google Workspace, Pipedrive et Zoom/Meet Professional appearance, attitude, and communication; confident, independent, and client-focusedTenue, attitude et communication professionnelles; confiant(e), autonome et oriente(e) vers le client Bilingual (English/French) preferredBilingue (anglais/francais) - un atout important

Location / Lieu : Greater Montreal Area (Hybrid - 70% remote, 30% in-person client meetings/events)Grand Montreal (Hybride - 70 % a distance, 30 % rencontres/evenements clients en personne) Schedule / Horaire : Flexible hours (20-40 hours/week, depending on candidate)Horaire flexible (20 a 40 heures/semaine, selon le candidat) Compensation / Remuneration : Base salary + commissions + expenses coveredSalaire de base + commissions + depenses couvertes

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
