Ficari Inc, the residential sector of our business is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the team. This individual has strong business development skills, passion for a growing luxury line, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this individual will oversee the sales functionality of our process. As a Sales Executive, you will focus on building our brand, traveling across Canada and the US to bring in new client leads, partner with operations, design, and production teams to maintain exemplary rapport, and lead with autonomy. You are focused on quality, attention to detail, communication, and thrive in a growing business to bring your ideas to life.


An understanding of business development in a hospitality setting is required.

Responsibilities:



Familiarize yourself with Ficari product, materials, and existing business plan Have a strong business development approach Prepare quotes, provide samples, and support project decisions Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to align on strategy and goals Generate new leads through outreach techniques, marketing strategies, social media, and networking measures Weekly outreach within the city Travel across Canada and the US to build a strong client portfolio Schedule, set up, and lead presentations, lunch and learn, meet and greet opportunities with prospective clientele Maintain existing client relationships by providing product information, newsletters, and check-in methodologies to keep interest high Act as direct contact for clientele for additions, upgrades, and changes to design, delivery status, lead times, and more for existing orders Communicate daily with clientele using multiple methods: telephone, social media platforms, in-person, and virtual meetings Update project status documents for all orders using existing software Input and maintain a record of client information in QuickBooks and Shopify Provide required communication logs, tracking, brand visibility opportunities, reports, and related data to DOO and CEO on a regularly scheduled basis Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement Coordinate meetings with required production personnel to keep all projects on plan Ability to travel 2-3 times per month or more based on business need

Skills and Qualifications:



Creative, organized, and self-motivated Strong knowledge of Microsoft Software platforms like Excel, Outlook, and Teams Ability to be proactive in learning new software systems for ERP, CRM, and SAP systems Strong attention to detail Excellent use of self-motivating tactics Strong mathematical and numerical skills Possess strong negotiation skills

Education:




Post secondary education in a relevant field such a business or marketing would be considered an asset.
