Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, relationship building, and strategic business development. This role requires a strong understanding of the market and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred to cater to a diverse clientele.
Duties
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for business development within the technology sales sector.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or business development roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the technology sector.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
