Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and telemarketing efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.

Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with inside sales techniques and telemarketing practices.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business development.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
