Role Overview


We are hiring a

Sales Executive

who will take ownership of day-to-day sales at our Kelowna retail facility while also coordinating our sales kiosk in Prince George. This role requires both in-person sales and business-to-business outreach, particularly for gift basket sales during the holiday season. Position is based in Kelowna.

Responsibilities



Operate the main Kelowna retail location and deliver strong person-to-person sales. Call businesses and generate leads for corporate gift basket and online orders. Manage and support the Prince George sales kiosk; including assigning daily direction and goals, ensuring remote staff attendance and performance. Support organization of gift basket orders and shipping. Coordinate shipments to the Prince George kiosk. Post to social media as needed to drive sales and promotions. Report directly to the owner and follow direction well.

Qualifications



Proven sales ability (person-to-person and B2B). Outgoing, friendly, and professional presence. Goal-oriented and sales-driven mindset. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to coordinate with remote staff and ensure accountability. Willingness to follow established processes and seek direction.

Compensation



Base wage plus percentage of sales generated.

Schedule



Full-time position with flexibility during peak sales seasons (especially Christmas).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
