```Duties``` - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis - Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media - Collaborate with product management team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns - Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources - Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives - Oversee email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing ```Experience``` - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or WordPress for designing marketing materials - Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques - Experience in product management and developing marketing strategies - Budgeting skills to effectively allocate resources for marketing campaigns - Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques - Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices - Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies - Proficiency in HTML5 for creating engaging online content - Must be 45 mins or less commute.
