in-store showroom consulting
with
outside field sales
, giving you the opportunity to build strong client relationships and close high-value deals both on-site and in the community.

What You'll Do
In-Showroom Sales (Approx. 50% of time):
Greet and assist walk-in clients, designers, and homeowners in our showroom.
Guide clients through product selection (tiles, slabs, vanities, fixtures, etc.), offering expert design input and technical advice.
Generate quotes, manage order entry, and process customer requests using our systems.
Follow up with clients regularly to close sales and manage post-sale service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom space.
Support Saturday showroom coverage (2 Saturdays/month expected).
Field Sales & Client Outreach (Approx. 50% of time):
Prospect and build relationships with designers, custom home builders, contractors, and commercial clients.
Position Myron Tile and Stone as a go-to supplier by understanding project needs and suggesting tailored product solutions.
Keep track of which clients are working on what, and follow up proactively with quotes, samples, or visits.
Attend site meetings, client offices, and job sites to build trust and capture more of the project's material supply scope.
Collaborate with management to improve outreach strategy and set targets for high-value accounts.
What You Bring
Strong sales ability
with a minimum of 1 year in a B2B or B2C retail or field sales role (industry experience a plus).
Exceptional interpersonal skills -- confident in building rapport in-person, by phone, and over email.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to manage your own time.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
Solid communication skills (written and spoken); multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Working knowledge of google doc, sheets and/or basic CRM tools.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (monthly car allowance provided).
Bonus: Background or education in interior design, architecture, or renovations.
Additional Info
Competitive base salary + commission + car allowance.
All leads and quotes handled through a simple in-house system (training provided).
