Sales Executive (Commission-Based) - Aarya Industries Inc.
Job Summary
Aarya Industries Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Executive with strong knowledge of engineering parts and the Canadian industrial/trailer market. The ideal candidate will help integrate our product line into industry needs, build new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. This is a commission-based role with high growth potential your earnings and position grow as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B sales through outreach, networking, and telemarketing
Use industry and engineering parts knowledge to match our products with market needs
Conduct product presentations and close deals
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Maintain CRM records (Salesforce or similar)
Provide excellent customer service and support
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in engineering parts, industrial equipment, or technical product sectors
Strong understanding of the Canadian market (trailer, manufacturing, fabricators)
Ability to integrate products into client operations
Excellent communication skills in English & French (optional)
Strong negotiation, organizational, and planning skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
