As a Sales Representative at Confederation Log Homes Canada, you will play a key role in driving sales and building long-lasting relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for promoting our log homes, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and networking.
Client Consultation: Understand customer needs, preferences, and requirements to recommend the best log home solutions tailored to their desires.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and tours of model homes or virtual tours for potential clients.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines while maintaining a focus on both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the sales process and provide timely updates to ensure a smooth experience.
Customer Support: Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the companyxe2x80x99s CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries (log home or custom home experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Ability to learn and communicate technical product details effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with sales software is a plus).
Ability to travel for client meetings and events as needed.Preferred Skills:Previous experience in selling custom homes or high-value products.
Knowledge of log home construction and materials.
