Much like a realtor builds their name in real estate, this role allows you to build your brand in solar. While you focus on sourcing leads, building relationships, and closing sales, our team will handle everything else -- design, engineering, permitting, and installation. You'll get the freedom to grow your own presence while being powered by our proven expertise.

This is more than sales. It's a pathway to establishing yourself as a trusted solar professional in your community. If you're ready to work hard, we'll teach you everything about solar and guide you through every step of the sales process.

What You'll Do



Build your own reputation and personal brand in the solar industry, backed by Metric Innovative Solutions. Source new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach. Meet with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to explain solar opportunities. Guide clients through the value of self-generation, from savings to sustainability. Close deals and create long-term relationships with your clients. Work closely with our in-house team to ensure smooth handoff of every project. This is

a pure commission role

the salary is based on analytics of lead partners to us, hence the varability in results

What You Bring



Proven sales experience

(B2B or B2C) with a track record of closing deals. Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to create and grow your own brand. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently. A passion for renewable energy and helping people take control of their energy future.

Pay: $43,616.62-$220,634.00 per year
