Sales Executive

Bouctouche, NB, CA, Canada

Job Description

Location:

Greater Moncton, NB | Travel to North America's most beautiful coastlines

Who We Are

At OysterGro, we help oyster farmers work smarter, not harder. Our proven system has transformed the way oysters are grown in coastal waters across North America--from Atlantic Canada to the Gulf of Mexico to Alaska. We're proud to serve an industry built on hard work, innovation, and community.

We're growing fast and looking for a driven Sales Executive who can open new markets, build lasting relationships, and turn opportunity into measurable results.

Your Mission

You'll be the tip of the spear--identifying, engaging, and winning new customers across Canada and the United States. You'll own the full sales cycle: researching, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing. Once the deal is done, you'll foster and grow the relationship with the support of our team, ensuring a seamless service experience and creating a long-lasting partnership.

If you're a natural closer who loves freedom, hates micromanagement, and gets a thrill from landing the next big account, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business within a defined list of approximately 300-400 oyster growers across North America

Lead discovery calls to understand customer needs and position OysterGro as the partner of choice

Prepare and deliver proposals that clearly communicate ROI and practical value

Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly targets

Collaborate with management to refine marketing outreach campaigns and generate new leads

Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to build relationships and market awareness

Keep your CRM pipeline current and transparent--because discipline drives success

Who You Are

A hunter by nature, you thrive on finding and closing new opportunities

Minimum five years of B2B sales experience, ideally with equipment, manufacturing, or industrial products

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Organized, persistent, and able to manage your own time and territory

Entrepreneurial spirit--you take ownership of your work and deliver results without waiting for permission

Comfortable traveling throughout Canada and the U.S. (passport required)

Why Join OysterGro

Autonomy:

You manage your territory, your time, and your outcomes

Impact:

You'll help shape an industry that feeds communities and supports sustainable growth with positive environmental impact

Growth:

Mid-career role with room to evolve alongside a fast-growing company

Culture:

No corporate layers, no politics--just a passionate team that values honesty, accountability, and results

Lifestyle:

Travel to stunning coastal regions, meet inspiring people, and meet with clients in the great outdoors - not in corporate boardrooms

Compensation

Competitive base salary

Commission on all sales above a minimum monthly threshold

Benefits package and expense coverage

How to Apply

We're looking for someone who's proven they can grow new markets, not just manage them. If you've ever been the one to open doors others couldn't, we want to hear from you! Send your resume and a short note describing one market you successfully developed--or one deal you're most proud of--and tell us why it mattered.
