Position Overview
The Sales & Estimating Manager is responsible for:
Responding to all leads within 10 minutes
Running in-person estimates
Booking jobs & securing deposits
Leading the Brand Ambassador (Door-to-Door) team
Maintaining a clean CRM
Driving revenue targets
Supporting marketing + community engagement
Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Estimating
Respond to all inbound leads within
10 minutes
(text, call, website, Google, ads).
Conduct
8-15 in-person estimates per week
(training provided).
Use company quoting systems to build accurate and clear proposals.
Secure deposits and signed contracts onsite
or same-day.
Update job stages immediately after each estimate.
Complete a
Daily Sales Report
summarizing leads, estimates, follow-ups, and bookings.
Attend bi-weekly calls with the marketing agency (review online lead performance).
Team Leadership (Brand Ambassador Field Team)
Lead and coach a
2-person Door-to-Door Brand Ambassador team.
Personally complete
15 hours per week
of door-to-door sales alongside the field team.
Review lead quality daily (A/B/C classification).
Train reps on scripts, objections, confidence, communication, professionalism.
Hold
weekly performance meetings
with clear goals.
Keep the team aligned with weekly revenue & lead targets.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain a
clean, accurate CRM
updated daily.
Log every estimate, lead, follow-up, and customer note.
Track daily KPIs:
Close rate
Speed-to-lead
Revenue booked
Pipeline stages
Weekly revenue projections
Complete weekly sales reports for the owner.
Client Care
Provide professional, friendly customer service from first contact to job completion.
Communicate clearly via text, email, and phone.
Coordinate with Project Managers for job prep and scheduling.
Resolve small client concerns quickly and appropriately.
Marketing & Brand Support
Support local promotions, flyers, partnerships, neighborhood events.
Attend occasional home shows or community events.
Ensure all Google Business and website leads are handled instantly.
Capture simple photos & customer stories to support marketing (optional).

Compensation
$40,000-$50,000 per season (February 1 - September 1)
Includes:
$800 bi-weekly base salary
5% commission on booked revenue
(average $145/job)
Weekly commission payouts
