As the Sales Engineer, you are the technical expert who best understands and articulates Giatec’s products and solutions to Giatec’s customers. You will lead the sales and onboarding efforts of Giatec’s newest product including demonstration of the product, onboarding and providing consultation to customers through Giatec’s consultative onboarding process still in development.
You will also be collaborating with Marketing, Research and Development (R&D), Engineering Solutions, and Business Development teams, and interacting with key customer technical decision-makers to ensure Giatec’s products include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
Ideally, you are someone who comes from a more technical role, specifically in the concrete industry and looking to pivot into a long-term career of consultative sales and/or business development. You have experience in technical sales and/or customer-facing roles in a support/service function. This role will not carry a heavy sales quota for at least the first year in the role as you learn the sales process and contribute to its evolution.
This role can be a remote position if you are from within the concrete industry and live in North America.
